AccreditationOur University Andrology Laboratory meets the highest standard of quality control and quality assurance. The laboratory is a member of a Proficiency Test Program and has passed all inspections and certifications including CAP, HCFA, CLIA and the Joint Commission.The University Andrology Laboratory is accredited by CAP (College of American Pathology), registered and inspected by FDA(Food and Drug Administration), meets all CLIA (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act) regulations and is certified by HCFA (Health Care Finance Administration). Gail S. Prins, Ph.D., Laboratory Director is certified by the American Board of Bioanalysis as a High Complexity Laboratory Director. She is a member of the American Association of Tissue Banks, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American College of Pathology and the American Society of Andrology. |
